Taking about cookies 🍪 let’s start from where it originally originated from ie Persia 7th century ad till then it has proved its worth and has quite expanded a lot being available at each and everyone’s door step in today’s time
Now finally taking about the cookie type I’ll be talking about will be Salted cashewut cookies
Prep time – 20 min
Rest time – 30 min
Baking time – 12 min
Ingredients
1.flour 100 gm
2.castor sugar 100 gm
3.butter 200 gm
4.yolk 1nos
Few drops of chilled water
Cashewnut 100 gm

Procedure
Take four and butter using rubbin Method make a dough till the dough has flaky consistently
Add sugar and egg yolk and few drops of water
Form a dough by least kneeling and just by pressing it and then rest it for 30 min
At room temp
Take out and shape the dough into cookies and bake it for 12 min
Let the cookie cool and serve
